Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TeleCV ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TeleCV. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@telecv.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload or generate content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Impersonate another person or entity in a CV or application.

5. Your content

You retain full ownership of all CV data and content you enter into TeleCV. We do not use your content for any purpose other than providing the Service to you, including generating AI-powered analyses and tailored CV outputs at your request.

6. AI features

TeleCV offers AI-powered features such as job-description analysis, match scoring, and tailored CV generation. These features are provided as assistive tools only.

• AI outputs are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
• AI features require sending relevant data to a third-party AI provider for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that TeleCV will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the CV output will result in employment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable national law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
